I have used this on my saw blades and cutters for about five years now.Not only does it improve the cut, but prevents buildup of pitch and resin on the blade surface. I spray it on the blade surface before and sometimes during use. I don't bother to wipe off any excess, it doesn't affect the cut. It makes a significant difference in the speed and ease of drilling and cutting, especially when I am using large bits and cutters such as Forstner bits and raised panel router bits. It also does not stain any of the woods I have used it on so far. My only complaint is that there is much waste when I spray it on. I often have to wipe off the drips.
